Temperature Sensor
The sensor that can sense temperature and convert it into a usable output signal is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument. Temperature sensors are widely used in industry, agriculture, commerce and other fields. The main types include contact and non-contact types. According to the sensor material and electronic component characteristics, they are divided into thermal resistors and thermocouples. A temperature sensor is a device used to detect and measure temperature. It can convert temperature signals into electrical signals (such as voltage, current or frequency signals) or digital signals, and output them to the control system to achieve temperature monitoring and control. Temperature sensors are widely used in many fields such as industry, home appliances, medical treatment, automobiles, energy, meteorology, etc. Thermocouples are made of two metal wires of different materials connected to form a junction. When the junction is at different temperatures, a voltage difference (called thermoelectric potential) will be generated at the junction, and the voltage is proportional to the temperature.
