Product introduction

PN53 series micro differential pressure transmitter adopts thermal micro-pressure core, using the micro-fluidic circuit integrated with the sensor chip, and detects the gas pressure by detecting the change of the flow rate of the hot air flow. PN53 has the features of strong overload capacity, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability, wide measuring range and multiple signal outputs, etc., which is widely used in the detection of air or neutral gases, such as heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, process control, environmental control, clean room, or other systems that require micro differential pressure detection. The pressure measurement core is calibrated using an absolute pressure of 1 Bar (100000 Pa). As the core uses the thermal measurement principle, the altitude/height affects the sensor output and needs to be compensated for according to the following formula:
where ∆Peff is the compensated differential pressure; ∆Psensor is the current differential pressure output from the sensor; Pabs is the absolute pressure in the area where the sensor is mounted; the unit is Pa. Pabs is the absolute pressure value of the installation area of the sensor, which is generally the local atmospheric pressure; the unit is Pa.
