Compact Differential Pressure Transmitter – PN51

Product introduction

The PN51 series compact differential pressure transmitter consists of a dual-isolated differential pressure sensor and an integrated amplifier circuit, offering high stability and excellent dynamic measurement performance. It is equipped with a high-performance microprocessor that performs non-linear and temperature drift compensation on the sensor, enabling accurate digital data transmission, field device diagnostics, and remote bidirectional communication. This makes it suitable for the measurement and control of liquids and gases.

With a wide range of selectable measurement ranges, the PN51 transmitter can meet the diverse needs of users and is widely used in metallurgy, machinery, petroleum, chemical engineering, power plants, light industry, food, environmental protection, national defense, and scientific research.

Working Principle:
The pressure from the process is applied to the sensor, which outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure. This signal is amplified and converted into a standard 4–20mA current signal. The transmitter includes a power supply protection circuit and a precise temperature compensation circuit to ensure stable operation.

The transmitter is compact and lightweight and can be installed directly at the measurement point. Ensure the sealing of pressure ports to prevent air leakage that may affect accuracy.

Proper wiring as per specifications will allow the transmitter to function immediately. For high-accuracy applications, allow the device to warm up for 30 minutes before use.

It is recommended to install a two-way valve at the measuring point to prevent excessive static pressure on either side of the transmitter.

Only use the transmitter with gases or liquids that are non-corrosive to the 316L stainless steel diaphragm.

Follow the wiring instructions strictly to ensure proper operation.

In environments with strong electromagnetic interference or high performance requirements, use shielded cables.
