Piezoelectric integrated vibration transmitter-PN530

Product introduction

The PN530 piezoelectric integrated vibration transmitter contains a built-in piezoelectric element to sense vibration acceleration. Through a high-precision integrated circuit, the effective value of acceleration or the integrated effective value of velocity is converted into a 4–20mA current output corresponding to the measuring range, which facilitates remote display and control. It is well-suited for connection to DCS, PLC, and data acquisition systems.

Applications of PN530 Piezoelectric Integrated Vibration Transmitter:
Used for online vibration monitoring of vibrating mechanical equipment such as steam turbines, ventilators, blowers, fans, electric motors, pumps, centrifuges, separators, generators, turbines, and similar machinery.

Features of PN530 Piezoelectric Integrated Vibration Transmitter:
Two-wire loop system, making the transmitter easier and more economical to use and maintain;
Fault-tolerant technology, the two-wire loop can be connected with arbitrary polarity;
Low-power consumption and high-stability measurement circuit ensure high-precision current output linearly corresponding to vibration values.

Before using the vibration transmitter, check that the wiring is intact, then fix the transmitter to the measurement point;
Confirm that the operating power supply for the vibration transmitter is +24V±10%VDC;
After power-on, the transmitter should output approximately 4.00mA with no vibration;
When the measured machine vibrates, the vibration transmitter should output a linear 4–20mA current corresponding to the vibration.
