Product introduction
The ultrasonic sensor mainly consists of the transmitting section, receiving section, control section, and power supply section.
The transmitting section is composed of a transmitter and a transducer. The transducer converts the energy generated by the vibration of the piezoelectric chip under voltage excitation into ultrasonic waves, and the transmitter emits the generated ultrasonic waves.
The receiving section consists of a transducer and an amplification circuit. The transducer receives the reflected ultrasonic waves, and due to the mechanical vibration caused by receiving the ultrasonic waves, the transducer can convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy, which is then amplified by the amplification circuit.
The control section manages the entire operating system: it first controls the transmitter to emit ultrasonic waves, then manages the receiver to determine whether the received ultrasonic wave was emitted by itself, and finally identifies the strength of the received ultrasonic wave.
The power supply section is the power device for the entire system. Under the power supply and control section’s management, the transmitter and receiver work together to achieve the required sensor functions.
