Product introduction

Principle and Features:

This product is specially designed to measure the flow of various liquids inside pipelines, enabling real-time flow monitoring during production. It outputs digital and analog signals, participating in process measurement and control.

Switchable PNP/NPN output

Flowmeter clamps onto the outside of the pipe—no need to modify the pipeline.

No professional knowledge required; installation and measurement can be done via menu navigation.

No moving parts, no pressure loss, can be installed and operated without shutting down production.

Fluid flows steadily inside the pipe

Pressure is maintained at 0.3 MPa

No bubbles (or cavitation) generated by flow

This product has been used successfully with many other fluids.

Mainly used for measuring and controlling water (tap water, purified water, ultrapure water). With growing applications, it is also used for various acids, alkalis, organic liquids, chemical solvents, alcohols, drinking water, etc.

Examples include:
Dilute sulfuric acid, white liquor (baijiu), hydrocarbons, ethanol, sodium chlorate solution, sodium carbonate, triethanolamine, ethylenediamine, propylene oxide, and more.
